Given the customized nature of the products we sell at eterniPrint, we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is crafted with care and is uniquely personal to you.

However, if you are dissatisfied with your final product, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is a priority for us, and we want to ensure you are pleased with your product.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders ship within 3 - 5 business days. You will receive an email-notification once your order has shipped.

When will my order be delivered?

Most orders are delivered within 5 - 7 business days.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
